Refund Policy

Software licenses

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the license key has not been activated. Activated licenses are not refundable. To request a refund, email support@begate.in with your order details.

Data recovery services

Diagnosis is free. [CONFIRM NO-DATA-NO-FEE] Once recovered data has been delivered and accepted, the service fee is not refundable.

Training

Workshop fees are refundable up to [NUMBER] days before the workshop date. After that, you may transfer to a later batch.

Processing
